How many hours do I need to dedicate a week?
Honestly, it's up to you. I recommend showing up to the LIVE calls weekly which can be about 2 hours of your week. You will start to implement actions and habits that will set you up for success and those will be about 30-minutes to an hour each day. But, remember you will get out of the program what you put into it. It is up to you to get your desired results so the more time you can invest into yourself the better.
Do I need to come to all the calls?
No, but the more you show up to the calls, the more growth you will have. Coach Cori's energy will inspire you to do hard things so we want to see you on the calls and celebrate your wins with you.
